Ensures that DOST provides gender responsive Science and Technology policies, plans, programs and technology transfer services pursuant to R.A. 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women which mandates gender mainstreaming as a strategy to promote women's human rights and eliminate gender discrimination in all government agencies.
