Green will color local inventions and researches as a new environmental award adds perk to this year’s National Inventors Week (NIW).  The NIW will be held Nov. 17-21 at the Philippine Trade Training Center. Cong. Joseph Emilio Abaya, Chair of the House Committee on Science and Technology, will be the event’s keynote speaker.
