Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado-Revilla visits the DOST STARBOOKS booth during the opening of exhibits of the STAARRDEC Fiesta and RSRDEH 2016 in Bacoor Government Center Grounds on November 21, 2016. This is an annual event of the consortium supported by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology.
