Interactive learning materials are finally within reach to millions of Filipino students and teachers alike. The Department of Science and Technology's Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI), in cooperation with Science Education Institute (SEI) - DOST, will launch the Courseware Website on 15 April 2009 at the Philippine Science High School in Davao.

Sweet Business Outlook. Beekeeper Ricardo Bandala, 72, shows a colony of honey bees (inset) that can produce a gallon of honey per month. The honey venture owned by Jose Yap, Jr. of San Jose, Tarlac will be expanded to produce honey-based fruit juices and soap through a package of assistance under the Department of Science and Technology’s flagship Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program.
